Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

a. If the products delivered is broken (glass jar); or

b. If the Product is near expiry or expired; or

c. If the Product is different from the Confirmed Order delivered.

*Note : Product for return shall be returned in its complete & original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to the Customer .

Please email us mommyj.customercare@gmail.com with your Name , Phone, Order number with reason of exchange, upon 3 days of receiving the goods. These product(s) (with complete & original packaging) should be delivered back to us within 10 working days from date of delivery.
